GYM EQUIPMENT REPAIR IN SAN JOSE & EAST BAY, CA
5-Star Google Rating | Factory certified mobile technicians | Fast scheduling
Don’t wait on small issue.
A slipping belt ignored for 2 months becomes a worn deck. A worn out deck becomes a motor overheating. An overheated motor becomes a pricey replacement.
Most repairs start small – and stay small when caught early.

Common Problems we fix
These are the most common reasons people call us. If your equipment is doing any of these – don’t wait.
Strange noise - thumping, rubbing, grinding, squeaking
Usually rollers, bearings, or belt misalignment. Left alone, noise becomes a hardware failure. Almost always fixable in one visit when caught early.
Equipment won't start or shuts off mid-use
Could be a wiring issue, the motor controller, safety circuit, or overheating from dust buildup. We diagnose which one – and fix it on the spot.
Error codes or blank / frozen display
Error codes are your machine asking for help. We know what major brands’ codes mean – and what they point to internally.
Belt slipping, sticking or uneven
Belt tension, alignment, or deck wear. Sometimes lubrication is enough – sometimes the deck needs flipping or replacing. We’ll tell you which.
Burning smell during use
Don’t ignore this. Burning smell means something is overheating – motor, belt friction, or electronics. Stop using and call us.
Questions we hear often
Straight answers to real questions
"Should I repair or just buy a new machine?"
General rule: if repair costs less than 50% of a comparable new machine — repair is almost always worth it. A quality treadmill that costs $1,200 new is worth repairing at $400. We’ll give you an honest assessment before you commit to anything. We have no interest in repairing equipment that’s not worth saving.
"What if the repair doesn't hold?"
We test everything before we leave and stand behind our work. If the same issue returns shortly after our visit, call us — we’ll make it right.
"I already know what's wrong - can you bring parts I need? "
If you’ve diagnosed the issue yourself and have the part, we offer flat-rate labor for installation. Just let us know when booking. We’ll give you a quote in advance so there are no surprises.
"Are you manufacturer certified repair company? "
We are factory certified by Precor, NordicTrack, Freemotion, and ProForm. For other brands we bring 15+ years of hands-on repair experience. We only work on equipment we have extensive experience with and know inside and out — and we’ll tell you upfront if something is outside our expertise.
